It was a very busy March and I’m excited to share some of the great activity happening within our community!

New TBM Council Events Web Page: our web team has been working hard behind the scenes to create a new TBM Council events and courses listing page on our website that is easy to use (and looks good too). Please check it out by clicking “View all Upcoming Events” on the TBM Connect homepage or “Courses and Events” in the dropdown menu under “Get Involved”.

Save the Date for TBM Conference 2022! The 10th annual conference (10 years?! Oh my!) will take place in Austin, TX on November 7-10 and virtually November 15-16. Go to www.tbmconference.org to sign up to receive updates and early bird registration announcements.

European (EMEA) Regional Advisory Board: Welcome to this experienced group of leaders who have joined the TBM Council as our EMEA Regional Advisory Board to support our community activities and membership growth in Europe. Read our recent press release here to learn more about their mission.

How Do TBM & FinOps Work Together?

Get the answers to this question (and more!) in our TBM-for-Cloud Primer. We just launched this course at the end of March as part of our TBM Council education series. We are busy selecting the dates for future TBM-for-Cloud Primer sessions and will announce soon, so keep watch on the events page above and sign up!

We have also been working in partnership with the FinOps Foundation to explore how organizations are leveraging both FinOps (cloud financial management) and the TBM discipline together. We’d love to hear your thoughts on this topic! Please complete this quick, 5-minute survey. Your feedback will help shape our continued education on this important partnership!

April TBM Council Member Spotlight

Each month we highlight a TBM Council Member who is truly embracing the power of our community. For April, we are proud to feature Monica Braun, TBM Practice Manager, Marshfield Clinic Health System, Inc. Monica has been a member of the TBM Council since 2016. She is active in multiple Strategy Communities in addition to being an annual attendee of the TBM Conference. TBM Tuesdays Webinars

TBM Tuesdays are back! Register now for the first TBM Tuesday of the year on April 26th, 2022. Our very own TBM Council Chairman, Phil Armstrong, will be joined by Accenture’s Greg Douglass to discuss how TBM fuels innovation and business transformations. You don’t want to miss this conversation!

We’ve also just launched a newly designed version of the TBM Tuesday On-Demand library. Here you can see recordings of all previous TBM Tuesdays. Filter this library by Agile Program Management, Cloud Center of Excellence, Executive Leadership, or Investment Analysis and Optimization. You’ll be able to hear amazing stories and insights from global executive members!
