• TBM Tuesday — The TBM Maturity Model
  • On August 23^rd, Bill Kasenchar, TBM Director at REI Systems, will share how the TBM Maturity Model is leveraged to turn qualitative activities into quantitative metrics for measuring progress and aligning teams on top priorities. Register today to learn more about the TBM Maturity Model!
• Open Forum – TBM Taxonomy Extensions
  • Join the Open Forum on September 14^th to hear from the TBM Council Standards Committee and offer feedback on the updates proposed for the TBM Taxonomy extensions. Originally created in 2019, the industry vertical extensions for Banking, Insurance, Government, and Healthcare will be updated and presented at TBM Conference 2022. Recent Research Initiatives

• Evolving Technology Planning and Funding Models
  • The TBM Council asked organizations that have actively scaled Agile and DevOps practices across the enterprise to provide key insight into their real-world experiences and challenges. Based on these observations, the Council has provided recommendations that organizations can incorporate. View the findings and recommendations here.
• State of TBM Survey and Research 2022
  • The 2022 State of TBM survey closes on August 31! As part of this research initiative, the TBM Council is seeking to better understand the current state of TBM adoption, the impact of TBM on business outcomes, and common struggles and successes among our members. Participate in our survey and contribute your voice the help the community.

August 2022 Member Spotlight:

We are proud to feature Paul Matthews, Finance Director at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center for our August Member Spotlight! In addition to being a member of the TBM Council since 2016, Paul is a Certified TBM Executive and participates in several Strategy Communities. Paul’s team at UPMC was a 2018 TBM Council Award Winner for the IT Optimization Category. Thanks for being our August 2022 member spotlight, Paul!
